Microphone Doesn’t Work

From time to time, DMO starts with the PowerMic Mobile (smartphone app) selected, instead of the mic you usually use. In that case, the mic button on the Dragon Bar widget is orange, instead of red. Here’s how to fix it.

1. Click the blue Dragon logo on the right of the Dragon Bar.

2. From the menu, choose “Log Off.”

3. The launch screen menu appears.

4. Select your microphone from the microphone dropdown list.

5. Click OK. Dragon Medical One will restart with your mic and the
